Regarding Payment

If it is a normal transaction with a regular client, then I only accept payments through PayPal. No exceptions. Invoices are also created so a digital receipt can be traced back to the customer in case of fraudulent behaviors or "proof of purchase." There are two methods I follow: FULL PAYMENT or the 50/50 METHOD. Full Payment is everything upfront while "50/50" is fifty percent before, and the rest of the percentage afterwards. If a company or an actual employer is interested in my work, then payment can be set through a direct deposit or will be further discussed in the future.

Alerts

I tend to be extremely strict on following deadlines and timeframes. Despite my haste, I usually give myself a week to finish a simplistic commission. If the item is complex, then further discussion is required. Updates are provided depending on the ongoing progression. There will be times where I would need to take a few days off. The client will be informed about the sudden pause. Please do not spam, overwhelm, or bombard my contacts.

Chargebacks, Scams, and Refunds

Scams/Chargebacks will not be tolerated. I have people who assist me in verifying transactions. There will be NO third parties involved while sending payment(s) to the artist if the customer is a singular person. Any scams performed will result in a public blacklist amongst many creators, and the reporting on the app used for the transaction. This is why the creation of invoices is crucial. I do not allow refunds. Respectfully, a customer cannot suddenly decide that the work is "not up to code" after it is polished and sent off. There should not be a thing such as "I suddenly don't want this," or "Actually, I changed my mind." I only provide refunds if I haven't finished a commission, the incorrect amount of money was sent (unless it's a tip), or I SOMEHOW managed to forget about the order. That's it.

I have the right to decline a commission if it makes me uncomfortable or goes against my T.O.S:
